Neda Dana-Haeri, born in Iran, has been living in England since 1977. She studied Psychology and Fine Art and currently lives and works in London.
Neda’s art is inspired by Persian poetry and Sufi philosophy, exploring the concept of cultural memory. She creates layers of colours and textures which reflect and refract the mythological, philosophical, and emotional worlds of the Sufi poets.
Dana-Haeri has created a new land where colours and discovered new expressions of transitory lines co-exist. She has revisited familiar images from her practise in a new light, finding secret colours in new landscapes that reflect her journey to where she is…
